Sales Director

As we are expanding our business with an ever growing need for our solutions, we are now looking for a driven Sales Director to join our team on the expansion journey ahead
Experience & Competence
- Strong client engagement and trust building capability and track record
- Minimum five years of experience from complex B2B sales, preferably with a combination of both hardware and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience and ability to communicate and build relations with C-Level
- A good and general understanding of Technology; to develop an understanding of the customers’ needs; with ability to understand and manage the full contractual picture
- Solid negotiation experience with ability to close customer contracts and secure delivery of the customer projects
- Excellent project management skills with a high level of stakeholder management

Overall Goals and Responsibilities
- Structured sales leads management and bid management
- Responsible to follow up from contacts to engage key stakeholders; from ideas to procurement for biometric security solution, close deals with ink
- Management of customer requirements and traceability to the solution
- Development of a convincing sales and solution strategy
- Securing high profitability in offer and contracts
- Managing existing and new customers
You might also have:
- Ideally experience from environments in both larger and smaller companies – mature companies vs. start-up/scale-up environments
- Experience from the biometrics Industry is a merit
- Relevant University degree
- Fluent both Swedish and English
