About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients in the grocery, pharmacy, and convenience retail business.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute customized client strategies to meet specific business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and marketing professionals.
- Provide expert-level analysis and insights to inform client decision-making and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client strategies and drive business results.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, such as retail or market research.
- Proven track record of driving client success and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
