About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients in the grocery, pharmacy, and convenience retail business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute customized client strategies to meet specific business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and marketing professionals.
  • Provide expert-level analysis and insights to inform client decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client strategies and drive business results.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, such as retail or market research.
  • Proven track record of driving client success and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
