We are looking for an experienced & ambitious key account manager to join us in our mission to transform the Automotive industry into a sustainable battery electric future. Crucial in achieving this mission is to develop strong relationships with our key customers and continue to win new business.

About The Job

As an Account Director in the Automotive team, you will work on developing customer relationships on a senior level with one of our global automotive customer groups. Focus is both delivery of existing projects together with key account managers, and to win new business with the customer.

The role is highly diverse in its nature, a typical week can range from leading detailed engineering discussions with R&D teams, driving top management escalation meetings at production sites, or negotiating multi-billion-dollar contracts. About The Team
The key account team is responsible for maintaining and developing our existing automotive customers. The team is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and travels regularly to our customers' sites, our R&D centre in Västerås, and our main production site in Skellefteå.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

- Overall responsible for the customer relationship for one or several of our Automotive customers
- First level of escalation on existing projects with the customer
- Business development for new opportunities with the customer including aligning technical roadmap & driving RFI/RFQs to win new business
- Responsible for negotiation towards the customer on existing and new contracts
- Advocate for the customer internally towards R&D, factory, supply chain, etc.

The job is a full-time employment and based at our Stockholm office, with regular travel to customer sites in Sweden/Germany and our Skellefteå factory. Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have:

- MBA or M.Sc. in engineering including business/finance studies or similar
- 10+ years working in Key account management for a Tier 1 supplier towards the Automotive industry
- Battery industry experience valuable but not a must
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
- Bold problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Passionate about making a positive impact
- Strong leadership skills

Bonus Points For

- Experience and interest in the Battery industry
- Fluency in other languages, especially German
