Senior Sales Executive – Setly
Setly är en marknadsledande aktör inom digitala affärssystem som hjälper företag att effektivisera sina processer och maximera sin tillväxtpotential. Våra ERP-liknande lösningar kombinerar innovation och affärsinsikt för att möta behoven hos medelstora och stora företag inom olika branscher. Vi söker nu en erfaren och strategisk Senior Sales Executive som vill spela en nyckelroll i att driva vår tillväxtresa framåt.
Om rollen
Som Senior Sales Executive kommer du att ha det övergripande ansvaret för att identifiera, utveckla och stänga affärsavtal med nya kunder inom ERP- och affärssystemsområdet. Du kommer att arbeta med komplexa affärslösningar och bygga långsiktiga relationer med beslutsfattare på ledningsnivå. Din roll är avgörande för att positionera Setly som en strategisk partner och hjälpa våra kunder att uppnå sina affärsmål.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
- Utveckla och implementera strategiska säljplaner för att nå och överträffa försäljningsmål
- Identifiera och prospektera nya kunder och branscher där Setlys lösningar kan skapa värde
- Bygga och upprätthålla starka relationer med beslutsfattare, inklusive CFO:er, Finance Managers, Accounting Managers, Controllers chefer och verksamhetsledare
- Leda komplexa försäljningsprocesser, inklusive behovsanalys, skräddarsydda presentationer, förhandlingar och avtalsslut
- Samarbeta med interna team som produktutveckling, konsulttjänster och kundsupport för att säkerställa att kundens behov uppfylls
- Hålla dig uppdaterad om marknadstrender och konkurrensförhållanden för att kunna erbjuda rådgivning och strategiska insikter till kunder
Vi söker dig som
- Har flerårig erfarenhet av framgångsrik försäljning av SaaS, ERP-system eller andra komplexa affärssystem
- Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva och stänga stora affärsavtal med ledningsnivå i organisationer
- Är skicklig på att bygga förtroende och långsiktiga relationer med beslutsfattare
- Besitter en stark förståelse för affärsprocesser och hur affärssystem kan bidra till att optimera verksamheten
- Har utmärkta förmågor inom kommunikation, presentation och förhandling
- Arbetar proaktivt, resultatorienterat och trivs i en dynamisk och föränderlig miljö
- Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell kontext och känner dig bekväm med att leda dialoger på engelska och svenska
