About the position

The Office Manager plays a key role in making our Stockholm office more than just a workplace—it should be a space where teams feel supported, energized, and connected. This role is all about shaping first and last impressions, ensuring seamless daily operations by taking care of the small but crucial daily tasks that keep everything functioning and reinforcing our company culture through thoughtful facility management.

As the only person in this role, you take full ownership of the office experience. From greeting guests and managing calls to overseeing supplies and maintaining a welcoming environment, the Office Manager ensures that all common areas reflect our values and foster a dynamic, productive atmosphere. You are responsible for keeping the office running smoothly—handling security coordination, managing keycards, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and ensuring cleaning standards are met.

At the same time, this role also takes care of the small but crucial daily tasks that keep everything functioning. This include cleaning the coffee machines, ordering kitchen supplies, watering plants, collecting and receiving packages.

Beyond daily operations, the Office Manager actively contributes to company culture by helping to organize after-works, team events, seasonal decorations, and making sure meetings run seamlessly with the right setups and snacks. You also support the Capture Team, assisting with Mocap/Scanning productions, setting up spaces, and handling travel and catering needs when required.

With a mix of hands-on problem-solving and proactive planning, this position is at the heart of the Goodbye Kansas workspace experience—ensuring it remains an inspiring and functional hub for creativity, collaboration, and team spirit.

What you bring

- Experience in office administration, facility coordination, or a similar role – Have you worked in office management, hospitality, or an administrative role before? Experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills – You can juggle multiple tasks, keep track of office supplies, and ensure everything is in order without missing details.
- Excellent communication skills – You’re comfortable greeting guests, handling calls, and coordinating with vendors, colleagues, and leadership.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills – You’re the kind of person who spots an issue and fixes it before it becomes a bigger problem.
- Fluency in English (and ideally Swedish) – Since the role involves working with vendors, guests, and colleagues, language skills are important.
