We are looking for a charismatic and ambitious B2B/AI Software Sales person to help Hypertype expand in the Nordics, Europe, and US. Hypertype is a fast-growing generative AI startup on the forefront of text-based business communications.

The Position

The Sales & Business Developer is responsible for generating and closing sales activities in Nordics, Europe, and US on a daily basis. The key is to be a self-starter and take the initiative to seize opportunities. You will work closely with the founders and ML engineer to close sales deals and improve Hypertype product with customer feedback.

  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals each month.
  • Prospect into midsize companies while running an efficient sales process.
  • Generate business leads to new customers through cold calling, emailing, and attendance at industry-related events.
  • Prepare and present attractive price offerings and sales pitches to C-level executives and department heads.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of our service and product.
  • Ability to work with ML engineer to create compelling sales pitches that may include data integrations, pricing tiers creation, roadmap, and ROI.
  • Leading and successfully concluding contract negotiations.
  • Grow and present customer pipeline in internal meetings and drive weekly sales performance.
  • Effectively collect and communicate customer feedback in a structured approach to help enhance product offerings and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Do what it takes to hit targets and deadlines, including proactively finding creative ways to build a long-term pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience from B2B SaaS sales in similar roles.
  • A hustler who wants to join our tight team, increase ARR, and nail product-market fit.
  • Interest in product marketing.
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree from a top university.
  • At least 18-24 months of successful track record of sales experiences in Sweden/Nordics/Europe/US.
  • Love for competing with a positive mindset.
  • Proven experience in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge and experience from AI solutions for customer-facing roles (e.g. CS, sales).
  • Proven ability to work with structure and autonomy.
  • Ambitious and flexible problem solver: You aim high, adapt easily to rapidly changing circumstances, and find solutions to issues on the go.
