Job Description

You will be responsible for generating new business within a specific group of ServiceNow's key existing clients. Your role will involve managing executive relationships for designated accounts and leading virtual teams, such as Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to serve our most valued customers.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Offer strategic guidance to clients
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow solution teams to devise solutions aligning with the customer's strategic objectives
  • Supervise all executive interactions between ServiceNow and assigned clients
  • Direct the global development of assigned accounts, including the mobilization and utilization of global resources
  • Establish trust and cultivate deep relationships throughout the client's organization, from project/IT departments to C-level executives
  • Develop a clear roadmap and enhance capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Meet financial targets set for the assigned clients, including license sales, renewals, and professional services
Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in client management, with a background in aligning account strategies with revenue opportunities
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Client Director or in an equivalent role, demonstrating success in multimillion-dollar sales solutions and executive-level relationship management
  • Prior sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management (within IT or software sales environments)
  • A track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • The ability to comprehend broad, high-level business IT requirements for potential clients
  • Proficiency in the Swedish language
