About the role
As the Campaign Director Lead, you will have a combined role. On one hand, you will have personnel responsibility for the team's Campaign Directors, where you will lead, develop, and support them in their daily work. On the other hand, you will work as a Campaign Director yourself, responsible for coordinating communication and tasks between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and achieve their goals.

Your tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to achieve both individual and collective goals, while also overseeing recruitment, hiring, and professional development.
  • Conduct regular development and follow-ups to nurture team members and ensure their progress, while fostering a positive workculture and influence your colleagues' well-being at work
  • Be the Campaign Director for some of our client teams and coordinate all communications and tasks between the customer and our internal team to ensure campaigns are launched on time and achieve the objectives.
  • Manage long-term customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and evaluation. Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization to ensure customer contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Client Director to develop strategy, offering recommendations on how to evolve and expand our partnership with the customer.

Requirements for the role

  • Around 3 years of professional experience within Influencer Marketing.
  • Education in marketing, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in leading a team
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish andEnglish
  • Previous experience in Influencer marketing is required
