About the role

As our new PR & Event Director, you will be a central figure in our delivery organization and be part of our creative team, being the first to establish and drive our PR capabilities within the team. You will work closely with the client director to develop our clientcollaborations in PR across the Nordic markets, where your contribution, passion and drive will leave a significant impact. You will shape strategies to increase our clients brand and product awareness, plan and execute events and concepts to help them achieve their marketing goals. As you can see - this role will be crucial in us reaching new heights

Your tasks &Responsibilities

  • Be the driving force in identifying, building and executing on our PR offering to clients and participate in meetings together with Client and CampaignDirectors to explain the impact of PR activities.
  • Plan and organize events, PR, and other activities that generate attention and strengthen our clients' brands.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay updated on trends andimplement strategies to find the right channels and approaches for our clients to stand out.
  • Drive efforts to reach ourPR budgets and KPIs.
  • Strengthen and improve ourinternal knowledgeand drive our business development within PR.

Requirements for the role

  • Education in PR, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Around 5 years of professional experience within PR, preferably from an agency with focus on B2C.
  • Experience in managing successful projects and events.
  • Fluent communication both in swedish and english, as these are the languages you will use on a daily basis.
