Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Corporate Communications team as an Intern in Stockholm, Sweden. This position will provide hands-on experience in public relations and content creation within the fast-paced environment of the FinTech industry. The Corporate Communications Intern will work closely with our Communication Managers to support various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand presence and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. PR Strategy & Plan:
  • Learn about the impact of Public Relations as part of the marketing mix.
  • Join the team in crafting and nurturing a PR strategy.
  • Use your creativity and help develop successful PR tactics for the PR Plan.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Connect with teams from various business units and conduct research to gather information and insights for content creation purposes.
  • Assist in the development of engaging content for various channels, including press releases, opinion pieces, blog articles and social media posts.
  • Help to maintain the company's newsroom.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to content strategy.
  1. Media Relations:
  • Keep the media list updated.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Support in drafting media pitches and press materials.
  1. Media Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor media coverage and help compile press clippings for analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in monitoring the company's share of voice, engagement, and analyzing metrics.
  • Help to develop and maintain the PR Dashboard reporting tool.
  1. Event Support:
  • Identify speaking opportunities for the company's leadership team
  • Provide logistical support for PR events, including coordination and planning.
  • Assist in preparing interviews support with creating event materials such as invitations, presentations, and signage.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing team / PR agency correspondence.

Your ideal qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an emphasis on attention to detail and creativity. Speaking a Nordic language and/or German is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in public relations, content creation, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
