About the role

As the Client Director Lead at Cure Media, you will have a dual role, both leading a team of Client Directors and working as a Client Director yourself. Your primary focus is to foster strong relationships with our existing clients through diligent follow-ups, strategic planning, and facilitating their ongoing growth and development. The main objective is to build and secure strong long-lasting internal and external relationships to ensure that our clients thrive and experience the true value of our data-driven approach to influencer marketing.

Your tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Directors, providing guidance, support, and development to help them achieve their goals.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment, promoting collaboration and communication within the team and organization.
  • Act as a Client Director, fostering strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and strategic planning.
  • End to end project management of our major client accounts in close collaboration with Campaign Director, with the ambition to keep the team informed and ensure deadlines, objectives and client expectations are met.
  • Follow-up, reporting, analysing and optimising each collaboration.
  • Drive innovative solutions to constantly be early adopters together with our clients on different social media platforms.

Requirements for the role

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience and understanding of Influencer marketing withinsales or marketing, specifically handling major client accounts.
  • Regularly engage with content on platforms like Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube.
  • Experience in successfully leading teams.
  • We see that you have proficient skills in both Swedish and English, as all communication occurs using these language.
