OM TJÄNSTEN

Som Client Service Director inom Carat driver du större kunduppdrag, leder ett av våra fina kundteam, agerar pitchlead för större pitcher samt har personalansvar för ett team med kundansvariga projektledare. Du har en central roll i både vår utvecklingsresa som byrå och för våra kunder där du har en avgörande roll i att driva våra kunders affär framåt, med unikt engagemang och nyfikenhet.

Rollen har stort kundutvecklingsfokus och du är ytterst ansvarig för ditt kundteams budgetering, avtalsprocesser och kunders lönsamhet och behov. Du är delaktig i att arbeta fram affärsutvecklingsplaner för tillväxt och utveckling av våra kundrelationer och partners, säkerställer hög kvalitet genom hela kundresan och utvecklar våra kundrelationer utifrån insiktsdrivna strategier kopplat till media tillsammans med projektledare och strateger.Du är som person lösningsorienterad, och du delar gärna med dig av din erfarenhet för att lära och utveckla fler.

En stor del av ansvaret ligger i att vara en drivande kraft i att fortsätta Carats tillväxtresa utifrån att vinna nya kunder till Carat där du aktivt förväntas driva pitchprocesser från uppstart till vinst, och vidareutveckla våra befintliga kunder utifrån vad vi inom hela dentsu har att erbjuda för säkerställande av våra kunders tillväxt. Du ingår i Carats ledningsgrupp och bygger starka relationer med såväl befintliga såsom nya kunder och mediepartners, och drivs av att skapa magi för våra kunder med kollegor inom hela dentsu och våra olika specialistteam.

VEM ÄR DU?

Vi söker dig med gedigen erfarenhet från mediebyrå och inom mediebranschen med följande kvalifikationer:

  • Passion för försäljning och utveckling av kunders tillväxt
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla tillväxt för större kunduppdrag - både svenska och multimarket-kunder
  • Förståelse för och erfarenhet av att bygga ett långsiktig lönsamt och hållbart partnerskap
  • Van pitchledare som förstår vikten av ledarskapet såväl som detaljerna
  • Bred insikt i hela medielandskapet och medias påverkan för tillväxt
  • Stark affärsförståelse och kan bidra med båda analytiska och strategiska insikter
  • Intresse för innovation, digital utveckling och trender inom media- och marknadsföringsbranschen
  • Vana av att leda och utveckla team och ha personalansvar

Som person har du ett stort intresse för kommunikationsbranschen som i tillsammans med ditt affärsdriv gör att du bidrar med nya insikter och förbättringsmöjligheter för både våra kunder och dentsu. Rollen förutsätter att du inte bara har vana av att leda pitcharbete, utan även erfarenhet av att coacha andra i det. Du har en stark analytisk förmåga och kan identifiera behoven hos kunder och omvandla det till strategier och processer. Du är en ledare – som på ett inspirerande sätt får med dig medarbetare, inom Carat och dentsu - där drivkraften är tillväxt.

Du tycker om att arbeta med såväl siffror som ord och uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift och är en skicklig presentatör, i såväl engelska som svenska.
