Your Mission

We are in search of a Senior Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding Nordics team. As part of the team reporting to our Sales Director Nordics, you will play a crucial role in establishing new commercial relationships with a primary emphasis on ecommerce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within global corporations with a deep comprehension of one or more relevant industries.
  • Proven track record in navigating complex c-level negotiations encompassing technical, compliance, legal, financial, and commercial facets.
  • Demonstrated history of accomplishments and victories in the specific field of expertise.
  • Capability to forge internal and external partnerships to gather and exchange insights, including industry trends.
  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages.
  • Readiness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a robust sales opportunity pipeline, oversee its evolution, and provide precise sales forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Formulate new sales strategies and pinpoint high-value prospects, with a focus on promoting Nuvei's products to Ecom/Digital goods/Retail/Financial services merchants.
  • Present advanced technical products and forward-thinking solutions to prospects at C-level.
  • Directly pinpoint and formulate new sales initiatives with merchants.
  • International perspective and ability to manage cross-border projects and identify fresh opportunities from partners and industry regulatory shifts.
  • Effective pipeline management using Salesforce to ensure precise performance forecast and deliver consistent outcomes among Tier1 & 2 prospects.
  • Possess experience in one or more verticals such as retail, digital content, financial services, etc.

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is predominantly used as colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are dispersed globally.
