Amazon's Consumer Marketing team is hiring a talented, smart, and entrepreneurial leader to drive Amazon's Sweden Marketplace business focused on the Associates/Creators Program. This initiative plays a vital role in bringing new customers to Amazon, encouraging existing customers to explore new products on Amazon, and enhancing customer loyalty.
The Amazon Associates Program is a globally renowned Affiliates program that enables partners to monetize online traffic by referring customers to Amazon. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Sweden to cultivate relationships within the affiliate publishing space and oversee account management for scalable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales & Marketing within e-commerce, possess expertise in SEO and affiliate integration, and excel in business development activities to foster partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective leads, prioritizing targets for short- and long-term growth.
- Expanding relationships with key partners in the affiliate/publishing space.
- Leading business development activities from exploration to partnership launch and expansion.
- Contributing to tool development and process improvement.
- Representing Amazon holistically to partners and managing marketing spend effectively.
- Analyzing business results and reporting to senior management.
We are considering candidates for locations in Stockholm, SWE.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of experience in Business Development.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science.
- Significant experience in leading Sales & Marketing in digital or e-commerce.
- Ability to source, launch, and expand successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Building credibility with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Working effectively with global teams.
- Understanding global e-commerce trends for business opportunities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Readiness to execute tasks efficiently.
- Experience in an evolving environment with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of SQL.
