We are searching for multiple (Senior) Business Developers to help establish a competitive corporate lending and deposit business that meets customer needs in Finland and Sweden. You will be part of a skilled team that will support your onboarding.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Corporate Lending and Deposit Finland and Sweden, where we provide relevant, compliant, up-to-date, and profitable lending and deposit products. Your contributions are crucial to simplify, automate, and digitalize our offerings and ensure successful stakeholder management and cooperation across different teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining lending and deposit products for corporate customers in Finland and Sweden
  • Playing a vital role in advising, offering, establishing, and maintaining corporate lending and deposit products
  • Securing a competitive product offering through end-to-end processes
  • Driving product simplification through automation and digitalization
  • Being the product owner for internal and external perspectives, including compliance and operational regulations
  • Collaborating closely with business areas and stakeholders in building the future product portfolio
  • Joining a committed team of business-oriented product experts

The roles are located in Helsinki or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Professional communication skills in English and fluency in Finnish or Swedish
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience with corporate customers (an advantage but not mandatory)
