Would you like to impact the business strategy in Business Banking for corporate lending and deposit products?
Lending and deposits are cornerstones in our offering. You will drive product and process development. You will also own the product portfolio and ensure great customer experiences and profitability. Close co-operation between business areas and development domains is needed to win the market.
We are now looking for several (Senior) Business Developers to contribute in building up a competitive corporate lending and deposit business fulfilling customer needs in Finland and Sweden. You will join a skilled and experienced team that will welcome and help you get onboarded.

About this opportunity
Welcome to Corporate Lending and Deposit Finland and Sweden. We add value by providing our customers relevant, compliant, up-to-date and profitable lending and deposit products. To stay ahead of the curve, we need your active contributions to simplify, automate and digitalise product offerings. Stakeholder management and close cooperation with different teams that are part of the value chain is crucial to succeed.
What you'll be doing:
- We are responsible for the product development and maintenance lending and deposit products for corporate customers in Finland and Sweden
- As (Senior) Business Developer you will play a valuable role in ensuring that all is in place to be able to advise, offer, establish and maintain corporate lending and deposit products
- End to end process securing a competitive offer for all our products now and in the future
- Drive simplification of products, tools and processes to frontline through automation and digitalisation
- Product owner for both internal and external perspectives on our products, including compliance and operational regulations
- Work closely with business areas and other stakeholders as you'll play a valuable role in building up the portfolio for the future in cooperation with these business areas and other stakeholders in the value chain
- You'll join a highly engaged team consisting of business-oriented product experts
The roles are based in Helsinki or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
- Relevant university degree
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Have professional communication skills in English and fluent in Finish or Swedish (both written and spoken)
- Strong skills in building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with corporate customers is an advantage however not a most
