Business Development Manager

For our Client, a stable organization with extensive experience, conducting numerous ERP system implementation projects in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in the company's development in international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing business relationships with clients in the assigned market (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
- Strategizing sales approaches to maximize profitability and fostering relationships with international clients.
- Establishing a diverse network of contacts to explore new business opportunities and referrals worldwide.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing sales prospects, actively engaging in industry events and conferences.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable input for product development.
- Facilitating collaboration across departments to ensure seamless operations.
What we expect?
- Industry knowledge and education in IT or economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of IT services or related fields – a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in ERP system implementation, preferably in the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Industry and IT market knowledge – a mandatory requirement.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience and knowledge of CRP systems.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level (allowing for fluent communication in speech and writing).
- Skills in initiating and maintaining relationships with international clients.
- Excellent budget planning skills.
- Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
