Vi søger en Partnerships Manager (eller på jysk - kørende sælger) til kontoret i Valby. Vi har brug for tømrer-salgs-superstjernen ???? der kan hjælpe os med at slå det sidste søm i samarbejdsaftaler mellem os og potentielle partnere indenfor glarmester-, tømrer-, snedker- og personer i byggebranchen. Det er vigtigt at du kan kommunikere på engelsk.
For at få succes i denne rolle skal du være en erfaren håndværker, der elsker at opbygge relationer og skabe en stor kontaktflade, hvor salg altid er for øje. Det er en bonus hvis du har et stort netværk i byggebranchen. Vi er ikke interesserede i en "tech-savvy-smart-i-en-fart-sælger" - nej vi leder efter den gode sælger, der ved hvordan man opbygger relationer og lukker aftaler: Det er nemlig op til dig at skrue charmen på, skære igennem med din personlighed og viden inden for branchen. Det er dit fornemmeste job at sælge organisationen ind hos diverse håndværkere rundt omkring i det danske land ???? ????????
Din bil ???? er dit andet hjem, når du besøger potentielle partnere i hele landet. På kontoret i Valby vil du være ansvarlig for at styre salgsaftaler i vores CRM-system (Freshsales), håndtere kontraktvilkår og sørge for, at hvert partnerskab er fordelagtigt for alle involverede parter. Derfor skal du være dygtig til at navigere i både de sociale aspekter ved håndteringen af partnerskaber, samtidig med at du holder et skarpt fokus på at skabe resultater.
Dine daglige ansvarsområder vil bestå afUdvikle og opretholde relationer med en portefølje af håndværksvirksomheder
Identificere muligheder for partnerskaber med B2B-kunder og udvikle et samarbejde, der gavner begge parter
Udvikle og gennemføre strategier for at opnå salgsmål (sælge vores vinduer og døre gennem vores partner)
Opdatere og vedligeholde informationer om aktiviteter for vores partnerskaber i vores CRM-system for at sikre nøjagtighed og fuldstændighed i den data vi kan trække herfra
For at være en succes i Klar, skal du besidde følgende:Viden om håndværker branchen, herunder forskellige mærker og kvalitetskategorier - din baggrund som håndværker er derfor essentiel ????
Interesse og flair for salg - specifikt inden for håndværker branchen - dette er vores personlige præference, men din erhvervserfaring som håndværker er nok
Har du erfaring med at opbygge relationssalg eller opbygge partnere, er det en klar fordel, helst i en B2B-kontekst
Stærke forhandlingsevner, kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner
Kørekort og bil er essentielt da der vil være mange rejsedage ????
