But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for a Finnish speaking Operations Agent - Student Worker.

What you will be doing

Being an Operations Agent - Student at Anyfin consists of two major areas: Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers. Handling communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media. We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.

Have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English Are keen to learn and willing to take initiative Are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you Are willing to work between 10-15 hours/week

About Anyfin

Who are we?

Anyfin is an innovative startup with a mission to help people to become their best financial self. We know that money can be tricky for many, therefore we wanted to create an easier way of understanding and improving your finances.

What do we do?

Anyfin is a smart financial-app where you get a great overview of your spendings, income, subscriptions and much more. We also provide a service that helps lowering the cost of consumer loans and credits by reducing high interests, and removing unnecessary fees. Overall, the app is a great tool to understand your finances better.

What about the future?
