About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team at Instabee Group AB in Stockholm. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most valuable merchants within E-commerce, ensuring their continued loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet clients' changing needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable to both parties
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience from logistics and/or e-commerce is highly advantageous
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving targets and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Fluent in Swedish and English
