Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Lead Nordic to spearhead the development and implementation of a sustainable cross-business Data Center Vertical Market Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will drive profit, growth, and satisfaction for customers and employees in this vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Center Vertical Market Strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Data Center industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Data Center vertical landscape, including customers, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Data Center industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Experience with sales management and project management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in a business development or sales management role, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the Data Center industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Experience with market research and analysis, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing effective business strategies.
