About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Partner Representative, responsible for driving our Nordics Running portfolio and leading central processes for the full RSG EMEA group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Plan and deliver your directly owned partner portfolio plan, from partner x Nike strategy through trade terms to G2N management.
  • Nordics Country Strategies: Develop and drive Nordics country strategies that unlock market share growth within RSG partners and halo across the total marketplace for Nike Running.
  • Net Revenue Growth: Deliver net revenue growth and the right level of net contribution from your portfolio by owning the end-to-end business with your portfolio.
  • Partner Sell-Ins: Lead partner sell-ins, independently delivering a premium seasonal experience to partners that focuses on their needs and unlocks growth for Nike.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure consistent and strong representation of the Nike brand in market, presence, and collaboration with partner on activations, retail visits, staff trainings, T2Ts, LT, etc.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local marketing and EKIN teams to coordinate x-functional work and maximize impact for the country marketplace.
  • Seasonal Assortments: Build seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising and planning, enriched by expertise on partner and market needs, ensuring seasonal product flow and optimizing in-season trade + replenishment to improve account results.
About You

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Strong Partner Management Knowledge: Ability to use financial data to make decisions and increase account profitability, proficiency in analyzing retail metrics across B&M and digital.
  • Retail Planning: Ability to utilize data to optimize inventory and gross margins, and develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
  • Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Strong communication and relationship building skills, ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive presentations in front of large groups.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the running industry and trends in the marketplace.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in one Nordic language next to English is a big plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
