Key Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks provided by the merchandising team, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure smooth product flow and trading throughout the season, driving account results and improving overall business performance.
  • Plan and execute business strategies for assigned accounts, including forecasting and scenario planning to optimize sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business success.
  • Contribute to the growth of net revenue and net contribution by managing the end-to-end business with our accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, merchandising, planning, finance, and marketing, to drive alignment and achieve collective goals.
Requirements
  • Strong sales experience from either retail or B2B, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of merchandising principles, including creating account assortments based on consumer needs and market trends.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and achieving common objectives.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams from various functions within Nike and our retail partners.
  • Ability to initiate change and make well-informed business decisions, utilizing analytical skills, commercial knowledge, and market expertise.
  • Flexibility to travel to the Nordic marketplaces to understand our partners' businesses, markets, and build productive cooperation with key partners.
