Joinus to make a significant impact and help shape the future of sustainableinfrastructure in the Data Center industry. As Datacenter Lead Nordic atSiemens Smart Infrastructure (SI), you will spearhead the development andimplementation of a sustainable cross-business Data Center Vertical MarketStrategy. Your mission is to drive profit, growth, and satisfaction forcustomers and employees in this vertical. This role can be based in any of theNordic countries.
KeyResponsibilities:
Deep understanding of the Data Centre vertical landscape, includingcustomers and competitors. Strong network at senior levels within the industry. Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of buildingstrategies that drive sustainable growth. Adaptive leadership style to engage with teams and stakeholders,fostering a culture of trust and belonging. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and strong Englishcommunication skills.
Your Success Factors
PreferredQualifications
Leadership: experience fromleading and developing a business and/or teams, with strong negotiation andinfluencing skills. Experience: 5+ years fromData Center industry. Additional experience from Siemens or similar BuildingTechnologies or Power Distribution portfolios would be an advantage. Sales Management experience to ensure and lead the Data Vertical to achieve sustainable financial results Project Management experience to lead,manage and oversee complex technical projects.Market insight: Over 5 yearsidentifying vertical market opportunities and commercializing solutions.
