Job Title: Administrative Manager for Korea-Nordics Science and Technology Cooperation Center

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at the Korea-Nordics Science and Technology Cooperation Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including research, event planning, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on Nordic science and technology trends, R&D policy, and other relevant topics to support our team's work.
  2. Event Planning: Assist in planning and hosting KNTEC events, including workshops, seminars, and other activities.
  3. Website Management: Manage the KNTEC website and its contents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to our team, including tasks related to KNTEC's daily operations.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in Korean and English, with proficiency in Swedish being an advantage.
  3. Work Experience: Experience working with Korean companies or organizations is preferred.
  4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including HWP, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  5. Writing Skills: Experience in writing official documents and reports in Korean is preferred.
  6. Residence Permit: Must have a valid Swedish residence permit.
  7. Work Permit: If hired with a short-term residence permit, a work permit may be considered later, subject to the work permit issuance status.
Working Conditions:
  1. Salary: Monthly salary of 29,000 SEK (pre-tax income), with employer taxes paid separately.
  2. Contract Duration: Initially 1 year, with extension determined based on work attitude and performance.
  3. Employment Conditions: Employment conditions follow Swedish vacation and labor laws, with other terms following common practices of Korean public institutions.
  4. Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with flexible working hours as needed.
  5. Work Location: KNTEC (Frösundavik Alle 1, Solna), with remote work only permitted in exceptional cases.
