About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Nordic Coordinator to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Business Execution team, you will play a critical role in streamlining execution for the Nordic organization by centralizing and professionalizing certain activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support unified processes and routines for the Nordic Commercial team and functions.
  • Manage administrative work behind internal processes, systems, and compliance required by the Nordic organization.
  • Coordinate the overall process development and support the Nordic Commercial team and functions to enable unified processes and routines.
  • Take ownership of smaller ad hoc projects requested for Country Leads in Sweden & Denmark.
  • Manage Nordic end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes, including creating POs and receipting the overall costs for the Nordics or specific countries.
  • Secure and support the creation and/or changes of vendors in the Apex tool.
  • Administer contracts for the Nordics in the International Contract Database (ICD).
  • Act as Nordic Super User and perform Due Diligence as Business Sponsor for vendors in scope for the Business Execution team.
  • Be the Nordic Commercial Record Retention coordinator and the first point of contact for Record Retention for the Sweden Commercial organization.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in a coordinator role (marketing or sales assistant) or a similar position required, preferably in an FCMG company.
  • Project management or/and agile skills and knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Swedish and English is required; fluency in Danish is a benefit.
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Budget management skills preferred.
  • Experience with purchase orders (e.g., Ariba) and accounts management systems/software (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
  • Experience managing external vendors (including procurement, contracting, follow-up, etc.) is preferred.
