We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Application Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the marine industry and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, coordinate and manage claim activities to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Provide daily support to customers and sales companies worldwide.
  • Conduct troubleshooting activities both on-site and in the field to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for internal and external use to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collect and analyze market insights to inform business strategies and drive growth.
  • Perform business analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Ensure the Share site is consistently updated with relevant information to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in the development of applications to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Monitor trends and developments in the marine industry, including fuel types, legislation, technology, and competitor intelligence.
  • Participate in product- and process development projects, including prototype and concept development.
  • Share application knowledge through internal and external training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.

The successful candidate will have a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
