International Customer Support Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Application Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the marine industry and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Investigate, coordinate and manage claim activities to ensure seamless customer support.
- Provide daily support to customers and sales companies worldwide.
- Conduct troubleshooting activities both on-site and in the field to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain training materials for internal and external use to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Collect and analyze market insights to inform business strategies and drive growth.
- Perform business analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure strategic alignment.
- Ensure the Share site is consistently updated with relevant information to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Assist in the development of applications to meet evolving customer needs.
- Monitor trends and developments in the marine industry, including fuel types, legislation, technology, and competitor intelligence.
- Participate in product- and process development projects, including prototype and concept development.
- Share application knowledge through internal and external training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
The successful candidate will have a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
