Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Seller Acquisition team at Wolt. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team.

This role involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with business and operations stakeholders as well as understanding our end-users better than anyone.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategies for merchant acquisition, revenue management, and merchant ecosystem products to delight customers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features, improve existing ones, and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to leverage machine learning, data analysis, and other tools to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in seller acquisition, revenue management, or merchant ecosystem products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Data analysis skills, engineering understanding, and business savvy, along with the go-getter attitude of a start-up CEO.
  • Expertise in coaching cross-functional teams, including developers, finance, data experts, and engineering teams.
Benefits

Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
