
Medical Technology Business Developer

About Stryker's Mission:
We strive to make healthcare better by promoting and selling innovative surgical technologies. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will contribute to this mission by growing our Surgical Technologies business in the Greater Stockholm area (60-70%) and North of Sweden regions.
Your primary responsibility will be to pursue opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction while demonstrating excellent customer and patient focus.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in both Swedish and English. You should also be able to build strong relationships with customers, hospital professionals, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include starting with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Pursuing new opportunities to grow our Surgical Technologies business, understanding customer needs, providing ongoing service, and fostering trust relationships and customer loyalty.
Planning and implementing strategies in the sales process, conducting negotiations, informing, advising, and training hospital professionals during demonstrations.
Preparing orders for interested customers and being a reliable partner for our customers also during order follow-up and after-sales.
Participating in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
Close collaboration with the Surgical Technologies team members and also with peers of other divisions of Stryker towards cross-departmental opportunities.
