Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Renewal Manager to join our team at Ants - Tech Recruiters.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for support agreements, subscriptions, and other services.

You will play a critical role in building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic account growth and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the renewal process to ensure timely and complication-free renewals.
  • Nurture and develop existing customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to develop strategies that strengthen customer relationships and optimize the renewal process.
  • Analyze data and track renewal performance to provide valuable insights to the management team.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, addressing pricing, contracts, and resolving potential roadblocks.
  • Optimize renewal strategies using data analysis to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding renewal and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple parallel processes within strict timelines.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
