Agreement Negotiator

IAR Systems is seeking an Agreement Negotiator to join our team. As an Agreement Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating renewal terms with customers, addressing pricing and contract issues, and resolving potential roadblocks to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in building long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and agreement management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate renewal terms with customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Address pricing and contract issues to ensure fair and transparent agreements.
  • Resolve potential roadblocks and negotiate resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize renewal strategies and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in customer management or account management, and the ability to analyze data to inform negotiation strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer management or account management, preferably in a role focused on renewals or subscriptions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and experience using data to inform negotiation strategies.
  • The ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple parallel processes within strict timelines.
