About the Role

As a skilled Account Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by efficiently managing the renewal process for support agreements, subscriptions, and other services.

Acting as the bridge between our customers and Ants - Tech Recruiters, you will focus on nurturing strong relationships founded on trust and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and complication-free renewals.
  • Nurture and develop existing customer relationships by understanding their needs and goals.
  • Analyze data and track renewal performance to provide valuable insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to develop strategies that strengthen customer relationships and optimize the renewal process.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, addressing pricing, contracts, and resolving potential roadblocks.
  • Optimize renewal strategies using data analysis to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding renewal and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple parallel processes within strict timelines.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
