Customer Relationship Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer relationship management efforts and drive business growth through strategic planning and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with customers to understand their needs and goals.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen customer relationships, analyzing data to track renewal performance and identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized renewal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer relationships and drive retention and growth.
  • Analyze data to track renewal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to develop and implement optimized renewal processes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on renewal performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer management or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
