About this Opportunity:
    This is an exciting opportunity to join the Navico Group team as a Sales Growth Strategist. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team that drives growth and excellence in the company. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to maximize sales revenue and share of wallet from new and existing key partnerships.
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Plan and execute sales programs and national marketing strategies to promote Navico Group products
    * Identify and evaluate potential partners, and develop strong working relationships within new and existing accounts
    * Develop and maintain technical awareness of products, competitors' offerings, and market trends
    * Provide input to product development teams on product improvements and new opportunities
    * Manage sales activities, maintain sales records, and report monthly KPIs to management through the CRM system
    * Represent Navico Group at trade fairs and events related to the marine industry
    Requirements:
    * Bachelor's degree and/or practical experience in sales management preferred
    * Sales experience with technology products is preferred
    * Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system experience/understanding required
