About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and innovative Partner Development Manager to join our high-performing commercial team in Stockholm. You'll thrive on building relationships and have ownership of your account portfolio, ensuring their success via revenue growth and Ztorm market share.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with your account portfolio.
  2. Account Development: Utilize tools and commercial acumen to develop and deliver results within your account portfolio.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives.
  4. Trends: Stay ahead of gaming industry developments to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  5. Negotiations: Drive contract discussions with publishers, ensuring balanced agreements.
  6. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in business development, account management, or related roles, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, enabling clear and professional interaction.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills, capable of representing Exertis Ztorm with confidence.
  • A deep understanding and genuine interest in the gaming industry, including trends and digital distribution dynamics.
  • Attention to detail in managing contracts and onboarding processes.
  • A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, building synergy across departments.
  • The ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational tasks to meet evolving goals.
