Our goal is to help these companies become more agile, innovative, and successful. We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Service Now HRSD Developer.
The Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and transform our clients' projects. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. You will also represent the customer's voice within Cognizant and facilitate discussions with executive leadership.
Responsibilities include handling daily client operations, resolving escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also forecast project revenue and margins, making the account referenceable. In addition, you will design solutions and manage client expectations, supporting commercial discussions on cost overruns and scope creep.
Expertise in reporting is crucial to ensure timely and accurate internal and client reports. You will lead process reviews with clients, providing updates and future plans. Driving transformation initiatives with offshore delivery, PEx, automation, and vertical teams will be key to meeting contract commitments.
Collaboration with client finance, IT, and procurement teams to execute transformation initiatives is vital. A B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate degree with 10-12 years of BPO experience in F&A domains (P2C, O2C, R2R) is required. Advanced MS Office skills, strong people management, and exposure to North American environments are essential.
Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to find win-win solutions are critical. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders are necessary.
