Job Description:We're seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team and build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snap.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional sales and operational customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive client success.
- Develop and maintain best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Create compelling sales presentations that showcase market trends and case studies.
- Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices, ensuring they maximize their investment.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Communicate and evolve client thinking to align with Snap's vision and goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Present confidently and persuasively to challenge clients in a kind, smart, and creative way.
- Demonstrate expertise in social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- Show ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
