Main Responsibilities:- Foster new business relationships through referrals from existing clients.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to senior executives, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Drive growth by meeting established targets for territory development and sales performance.
- Pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with emphasis on ambition over educational background.
- Proven experience in direct sales and sales leadership, demonstrating a strong track record of success (ambition over experience).
- Strong B2B agreement and contractor skills; or willingness to develop these skills.
