Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthopedic Territory Business Developer to join our team in the Göteborg region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
The Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to promote and sell our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Providing comprehensive product training to customers, surgeons, and other stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or BioTech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish
- A valid driver's license, as regular customer visits are required
