About the Role

You will lead all sales initiatives across the Nordic region, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and guiding a team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and a proven track record in sales management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company Order Intake goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as a part of the FlexLink Nordic management team.
  • Be responsible for selected customers and directly drive all related commercial activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the automation / industrial machinery/ intralogistics industry (or similar).
  • A proven track record of success in Sales Management.
  • Solid experience in Value-Based Sales.
  • A strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • A willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
  • A degree in Engineering.
