**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and proactively providing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Building strong relationships with existing and new customers to meet their needs.
- Providing technical support to technicians and on occasion, commissioning Flow Measurement equipment.
- Managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, and staying current on industry trends.
- Working closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to optimise strategies.
