Celonis is a global leader in Process Mining technology, and we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our Land Sales team in the Nordics.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Enterprise Account Executives and driving individual AE success. They will also be required to develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, and proven experience working with Partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and any one of the Nordic languages.
