About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Accountant to join our Group finance team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily financial administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in independently completing full financial statements for a company, with strong analytical thinking, a structured approach, and a personal drive to assume responsibility and work autonomously.

Main Focus Areas
  • Monthly closing work and account reconciliations
  • Ensuring high documentation and quality standards in bookkeeping activities
  • Annual reporting, including financial statements
  • VAT and tax approval
  • Managing Audit requests and planning in Parent company
  • Superuser for Dynamics 365 (Finance operations) and contact person to IT department
  • Administrative tasks relating to employees, including salary, vacation, and travel expenses
  • Responsible for daily invoicing and payments for Swedish entity (outsourced to accounting firm)
  • Supporting management in monthly and yearly budget processes and forecasting
  • Working together with the finance team to support internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience from a similar position, doing the closing of books for a company
  • Experience from reporting of VAT to the tax authorities
  • Strong administrative experience is preferred
  • Professional, proactive, and organized with attention to details
  • Exceptional communications skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Structured and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Bachelor/Masters Degree in accounting, business accounting, finance, or equivalent
  • Fluent in Swedish and English is a must, both written and spoken
