  • Manage the supply of replacement parts in collaboration with manufacturing facilities to guarantee timely availability.
  • Compile reports outlining technical challenges and solutions to recommend necessary product adjustments or process enhancements.
  • Oversee and coordinate external subcontractors to ensure adherence to repair schedules and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with district teams to continuously enhance policies and procedures, leading to improved customer experiences.
  • Provide installation support as required, including conducting field assessments and creating installation checklists.
  • Stay updated on industry developments through ongoing training and education.
  • Engage in design evaluations, new application launches, and product assessments, working collaboratively with relevant company resources.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering is beneficial but not mandatory; relevant experience in technical roles such as maintenance or equipment supply is valuable.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Office, CRM, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and reliability.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Possession of a valid B driving license.
