Som Growth Marketing Manager kommer du att identifiera och bearbeta nya men även befintliga kundsegment, utveckla riktade strategier och säkerställa att både nya och befintliga segment nås genom skräddarsydda marknadsföringsinsatser.
Kundsegmentanalys- Analysera marknaden för att identifiera nya kundsegment med hög tillväxtpotential.
- Granska befintliga segment som inte har blivit fullt bearbetade och ta fram strategier för att aktivera dem.
- Arbeta med kundinsikter (t.ex. genom enkätdata, CRM-data och marknadsanalyser) för att förstå segmentens behov och beteenden.
- Utveckla och genomföra kampanjer som är anpassade för specifika segment.
- Skapa relevanta budskap och kommunikationsstrategier för att engagera nya och svårnådda grupper.
- Säkerställa att rätt kanaler används för respektive segment (t.ex. sociala medier, e-post, event, partnerskap).
- Koordinera med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att erbjudanden och budskap är anpassade till målgruppernas behov.
- Bygga samarbeten med externa partners som kan hjälpa till att nå svårbearbetade segment.
