As Head of Growth at Henriksson, you will own the growth strategy and be responsible for the success in acquiring new customers and growing our customer base. You'll drive innovative marketing strategies to accelerate our customer acquisition and brand presence across Europe. We will rely on you to develop data-driven campaigns, optimize digital channels, and build robust customer funnels that deliver measurable results. A key part of the role involves owning and developing the Henriksson brand and enhancing the user experience on our website and apps, ensuring they align with our brand vision.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Creating and maintaining robust customer acquisition funnels through innovative use of technology.
  2. Define, measure, and act on relevant growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion etc).
  3. Devising and executing comprehensive, repeatable, and profitable digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Create and implement launch campaigns, both digital and physical for each new site opening.
  5. Employing advanced analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance user engagement.
  6. Leading the development and management of our website (and potential apps) and ensuring an intuitive user experience that aligns with visual design principles.
  7. Acting as the primary catalyst for our marketing initiatives, ensuring projects transition smoothly from concept to execution without reliance on external teams.

We are looking for someone with:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or growth management role, preferably within a tech-focused environment.
  2. A solid track record in delivering measurable results in SEO, SEM, and online brand building.
  3. Creative thinking in terms of budgets and execution tactics.
  4. Proficiency in leveraging UI/UX principles to enhance customer interactions.
  5. A proactive and autonomous approach to workplace challenges.
  6. Strong ability to adapt and innovate under pressure.
  7. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages, with Swedish and English being essential.
