Continuous Service Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Continuous Service Manager to join our Data Platforms team at Tietoevry Industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and driving up-sales and development of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the existing customers through the contract's life cycle.
- Deliver according to contract and SLA's, driving up-sales and developing existing customers.
- Responsible for fulfilling Tietoevry bid processes and practices.
- Part of the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish customer teams for Data Platforms.
- Interact with other Nordic colleagues and receive training based on the knowledge in different Nordic countries.
- Contribute to sales development through innovative ideas and continuous development and training.
Requirements
- Solution sales experience and agile working methods.
- Experience of billing and order to delivery processes.
- Ability to help customers harmonize and simplify digital connections in a business critical B2B process.
- Knowledgeable in Customer Management and apply competence to sales processes.
- Pro-active way of working and handling multiple sales processes.
- Good communicative properties and fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
