At Alstom, we're looking for a skilled Service Delivery Project Manager to lead our projects in Stockholm.

This role involves managing two SLAs, EBICOS900 and EBISAT890, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

You'll be responsible for securing resource allocation, planning hours and costs, and effectively managing risks and opportunities.

As a Service Delivery Project Manager, you'll excel in working with internal and external stakeholders, leading and planning customer interactions, and following up on meetings.

We're looking for someone with a degree in engineering and/or an industrial background, strong prior experience in project execution and team management, and familiarity with multi-platform product knowledge, field experience, customer contact, contract management, and EHS knowledge/exposure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Project Core Team in executing Product Introduction activities from project initiation.
  • Implementing and communicating PI processes, ensuring resources are skilled and available.
  • Managing Project Warranty Work Package and achieving contractual Reliability targets.
  • Capturing and analysing field data during start-up, design, and manufacturing phases.
  • Delivering PI-related deliverables in a timely manner, adhering to contract and PI standards.
  • Developing commissioning and warranty period strategy, including customer infrastructure agreement.
  • Implementing incident management for Non-Conformity Reports and ensuring closure of Open Items.
  • Supervising project-specific PI staff and coordinating internal/external audits.
  • Adhering to Alstom Zero Deviation Plan and Customer EHS requirements on Customer Sites.
  • Coordinating obsolescence management for Digital & Information Systems.
  • Ensuring supplier commitment and executing charge-back agreements.
  • Identifying additional Services sales opportunities during the warranty period.
