Din roll som Service Delivery Manager på Iver

Du kommer att arbeta nära både kundens beslutsfattare och dina kollegor på Iver, med ett helhetsansvar för leveransen av IT mot Ivers kunder. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår proaktivt arbete för kund och trendanalys, samt att genomföra vår samverkansmodell med kund, ta fram eskaleringsprocesser och presentera incidentrapportering och SLA-uppföljning.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
  • Delta i leveransmöten med kund.
  • Leverera månadsrapporter till kund.
  • Hantera ITIL-processer och dokumentation.
  • Hantera förändringsarbete, mindre projekt och aktiviteter.

Krav och meriter:

För att lyckas i din roll som Service Delivery Manager på Iver har du en naturlig känsla för service och trivs med att arbeta kvalitativt och långsiktigt. Iver har kunder representerade i alla branscher och vi ser att du har minst 5 års erfarenhet av liknande arbete sedan tidigare och känner dig trygg i rollen och din kompetens.

Viktigt är att du trivs med att arbeta både individuellt samt som en del i en grupp. Självklart är du väl införstådd med vikten av processer och dokumentation. Som person är du lyhörd samt utrustad med ett riktigt starkt driv. Det faller dig naturligt att se effektiviserings- och förbättringsmöjligheter och du har ett brinnande tekniskt intresse.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av drift och support, och har drivit olika förändringsprojekt tidigare. Du som söker trivs med att vara länken mellan tekniken och kundens verksamhet. Utöver detta är du öppen och flexibel i ditt arbetssätt och delar gärna med dig av insikter till såväl kunder som kollegor. Eftersom vi har internationella kunder och kollegor behöver du tala och skriva såväl svenska som engelska obehindrat.
