About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our project core team, you will be responsible for leading two SLA's, EBICOS900 (Traffic Management Systems) and EBISAT890 (Communication system between Interlocking and TMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the PI function within the project core team and in customer interactions, leading activities to meet service level agreements for TMS (Traffic Management System).
  • Secure resource allocation, plan hours and costs, and effectively manage risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead and plan customer interactions and follow-up meetings.
  • Develop commissioning and warranty period strategy, including customer infrastructure agreement.
  • Implement incident management for Non-Conformity Reports and ensure closure of Open Items.
  • Supervise project-specific PI staff and coordinate internal/external audits.
  • Adhere to Alstom Zero Deviation Plan and Customer EHS requirements on Customer Sites.
  • Coordinate obsolescence management for Digital & Information Systems.
  • Ensure supplier commitment and execute charge-back agreements.
  • Identify additional Services sales opportunities during the warranty period.
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering and/or an industrial background.
  • Strong prior experience in Project execution (technical or industrial) and team management.
  • Familiarity with multi-platform product knowledge, field experience, customer contact, contract management, EHS knowledge/exposure.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and resilience.
  • Ability to adapt, influence and negotiate.
  • Flair for leading and influencing others.
  • A Strong self-government mindset.
